Ratam Creations is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with B2B and retail clients. The role involves coordinating with clients, designers, and internal sales teams to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with B2B and retail clients
Manage and follow up on sales processes to ensure timely order execution
Act as a communication bridge between clients, designers, sales team, and associates
Handle customer service activities, including inquiries, order updates, and issue resolution
Support the sales team in achieving targets and business growth
Maintain proper documentation and understanding of ongoing work and client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the fabric or garments industry
Strong customer coordination and communication skills
Good understanding of sales workflows and processes
Ability to work collaboratively with internal team
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in handling fashion, textile, or garment-related clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
