Sales Executive-
Job description -
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and Prospect:- Research and identify potential clients within target markets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business leads.
Client Engagement:- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their business needs and pain points to tailor software solutions that meet their requirements.
Sales Presentations:- Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our software products to potential clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions.
Negotiation and Closing:- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements. Close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis:- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions. Use this information to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
Collaboration:- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Customer Support: - Ensure a smooth transition of clients from the sales process to the implementation and support teams. Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and present complex software solutions.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
