Job Description

We are seeking a smart, confident, and motivated Showroom Sales Executive with a background in BBA/MBA to manage our showroom operations and drive both B2B and B2C sales. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury furniture, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of modern sales and marketing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

Understand customer needs and provide personalized furniture recommendations.

Present product features and benefits with clarity and confidence.

Handle inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.

Manage showroom appearance, product displays, and cleanliness.

Engage in cold calling and lead generation for B2B and institutional clients.

Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotions.

Maintain and update customer databases.

Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely delivery.

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Contribute to the company's digital and social media marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.

Experience: 1-3 years preferred in sales or retail showroom (furniture/luxury goods experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

High level of confidence and customer-oriented approach.

Proficient in social media and digital marketing basics.

Knowledge of B2B/B2C sales strategies.

Good organizational and showroom management skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).

Candidates residents on sinhagad Road will be preferred first.
