Role:
Plan and monitor daily manufacturing & production activities
Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Production teams
Ensure timely execution, safety, quality, and process compliance
Track inventory, manpower, dispatch, and machine utilization
Prepare MIS reports and monitor operational KPIs
Requirements:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and travel as per business needs
