Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive to help drive our business development and manage client relationships. This isn't just about "selling"--it's about understanding the needs of photographers, managing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth journey from the first click to the final delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the business side of the photography and e-commerce industry.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Respond to inquiries across our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, and email.
Client Coordination:
Handle follow-ups, answer technical questions about gear, and schedule consultations if needed.
Sales Support:
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and service agreements for professional bulk orders.
Data Tracking:
Keep our lead trackers and CRM records organized so no customer is left waiting.
Internal Collaboration:
Work closely with our operations and marketing teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and customer feedback is shared.
Market Research:
Assist with basic research on photography trends and social media content to help grow the brand.
Eligibility & Requirements
Education:
Recent graduates from BMM, BMS, B.Com, Marketing, or Media backgrounds.
Experience:
Freshers are welcome; 1-2 years of experience in retail or e-commerce sales is a plus.
Location:
You must be based in Mumbai and able to work from our office.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Hindi.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Docs, and basic PowerPoint.
Mindset:
Well-organized, proactive, and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
Good to Have (But Not Mandatory)
A genuine interest in cameras, photography, or the creative tech industry.
Familiarity with Canva, Instagram management, or Meta Ads.
