We are a modern, customer-first jewelry brand looking for a friendly and confident In-Store Sales & Relationship Executive to join our team.
This role is not about aggressive selling.
It is about building trust, guiding customers, and ensuring a smooth experience from store visit to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist in-store customers with a warm and professional approach
- Understand customer requirements and guide them through jewellery options
- Focus on relationship building rather than hard selling
- Manage and track customer orders from confirmation to delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain regular communication with customers via calls or WhatsApp
- Keep basic records of orders, follow-ups, and customer details
- Use basic computer tools like Excel and the internet for daily work
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of sales experience in a modern jewelry brand
(CaratLane, Bluestone, or similar brands preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, internet usage)
- Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups calmly
