Job Summary



We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented

Sales Executive

to handle site walk-ins, inbound leads, and channel partner inquiries for Anika Piccadilly. The role focuses on converting prospects into bookings through strong follow-ups, site visits, relationship management, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

inbound leads

from digital campaigns, walk-ins, channel partners, and referrals Make outbound follow-up calls and WhatsApp follow-ups on assigned leads Conduct

site visits

and explain project features, pricing, floor plans, payment plans, and offers Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable configurations Maintain daily updates in CRM / lead tracker (calls, visits, follow-ups, bookings) Coordinate with banks for home loan facilitation if required Negotiate and close deals as per company guidelines Maintain relationships with

channel partners and brokers

Support documentation, booking forms, and coordination till agreement execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications



Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred but not mandatory) 1-5 years experience in

real estate sales

(residential preferred) Strong communication skills in

English, Hindi, and Marathi

Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality Good follow-up and persuasion skills Comfortable working on weekends and site timings Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business)
