Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (

) at HavenCraft interior studio located on High Street. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing product information, and offering tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, preparing and delivering presentations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cater to diverse clients Proficiency in preparing presentations and understanding business development strategies Knowledge of interior design, furniture, or home decor industry is highly preferred Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and handle customer inquiries efficiently Proficiency in relevant software such as CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage Proven experience in sales or a related role is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
