Role Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales for residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on achieving individual sales targets while delivering a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Handling
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from walk-ins, calls, and digital leads
Conduct project presentations and guided site visits for prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory options
Follow up regularly with prospects to drive conversions and closures
Lead Management & Closures
Maintain accurate lead data, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM
Assist in negotiations and finalize bookings as per company policies
Coordinate with CRM, legal, and finance teams for documentation and agreements
Channel Partner & Marketing Support
Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for lead generation
Support site promotions, events, and project launches
Provide market feedback on competitor activity and customer preferences
Customer Experience & Compliance
Ensure professional conduct and high service standards during the sales process
Address customer queries and escalate issues when required
Follow RERA guidelines, pricing policies, and sales SOPs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Individual booking value and unit sales
Lead-to-site visit conversion ratio
Site visit-to-booking closure rate
Follow-up effectiveness and turnaround time
Customer satisfaction feedback
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Convincing and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
Basic knowledge of real estate sales cycles
Working knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
Experience in real estate sales is an advantage
