Role Overview
As a BDE, you will drive sales growth by targeting architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, commercial clients, and homeowners. You will identify new opportunities, present product benefits, and grow our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads into business.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and channel partners.
Conduct product demos highlighting features like durability, breathability, CO? absorption, and natural composition.
Track market and competitor insights to support positioning.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Follow up with clients and maintain CRM records.
Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and brand events.
Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and promotions.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related fields.
Experience in building materials, paints, interiors, or luxury home products is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with field meetings.
