Role Overview

We are looking for a

process-driven SEO Executive

who can handle

On-page SEO and quality Off-page SEO

execution.
This role requires

discipline, professionalism, and long-term SEO thinking

, not shortcuts.

Key Responsibilities: On-page & Technical SEO

Keyword research and mapping Meta titles, descriptions & content optimization Internal linking strategy Basic technical SEO checks (indexing, crawl errors, speed issues) Page-level SEO audits and fixes Coordination with content/development team when required
Off-page SEO (Quality-focused)

Manual link building (guest posts, niche edits, brand mentions) Outreach to relevant websites/blogs Competitor backlink analysis Anchor text planning and monitoring Avoiding spammy or black-hat techniques Maintaining detailed backlink reports
Reporting & Monitoring

Monthly SEO performance reports Tracking rankings, traffic, and backlinks Using tools like GSC, GA, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog
Required Skills & Tools

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals Hands-on experience with: Google Search Console Google Analytics Ahrefs / SEMrush Screaming Frog (basic to intermediate) Good written communication (for outreach) Ability to work independently with accountability
