Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition



Conduct property site visits with potential clients and close sales. Understand customer needs and match them with suitable properties from our portfolio. Provide information regarding the legal, financial, and commercial aspects of properties. Build relationships with clients and provide ongoing customer support. Negotiate terms and pricing in line with company policies. Follow up on leads and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Market Knowledge & Research



Keep abreast of the latest real estate trends, property developments, and market conditions. Analyze competitors and provide market insights for pricing strategies. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to network and promote properties.

Documentation & Reporting



Prepare property contracts, agreements, and necessary paperwork. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients and prospects. Report on sales activity, market conditions, and feedback to the Sales Manager.

Customer Service & After-Sales



Offer assistance with property-related queries before, during, and after the sales process. Resolve any customer issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide recommendations for after-sales services, such as property maintenance, loans, etc.
