Job Title: Lead Management & Sales Executive (On-Site - Pune):
We are looking for a dedicated
Lead Management & Sales Executive
to handle and convert incoming leads across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, following up, and coordinating with potential customers to drive conversions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and follow up on
WhatsApp and website inquiry leads
.
Handle
abandoned checkout leads
by contacting customers who added products to the cart but did not complete the purchase.
Work on
generated leads
from advertisements and other marketing activities.
Handle both
B2B and B2C leads
effectively.
Call, follow up, and nurture leads to convert them into customers.
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups using the
CRM system
.
Coordinate with internal teams when required to ensure smooth lead closure.
Provide timely responses and maintain professional communication with prospects.
Requirements:
Ability to
communicate clearly and confidently in English
(spoken).
Experience or basic understanding of
CRM tools
.
Good calling, follow-up, and lead-handling skills.
Organized, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working
on-site in Pune
.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
