Work Location

Work From Office: Viman Nagar, Pune Saturday & Sunday: Work From Home o 1 Fixed Weekly Off: Any day between Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities

Take live video calls with parents to explain our courses and guide them through the decision-making process Deliver high-performance sales results with a target-driven approach o Maintain excellent communication, follow-ups, and conversion discipline Represent OwlMinds with professionalism and empathy on every call Requirements Mandatory: Prior EdTech sales experience with proven high performance o Strong communication & convincing skills Ability to handle high-intent leads and achieve monthly targets o Comfortable working on camera for live sessions What We Offer High Incentives + Attractive Performance Bonuses o A fast-growing, impact-driven EdTech environment Career growth opportunities within the organization
