The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and promoting vehicles. The role involves guiding customers through the vehicle selection process, conducting test drives, explaining product features, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable car models.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
2. Lead Management
Follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, calls, digital inquiries, and referrals.
Maintain and update lead status in CRM systems.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
3. Documentation & Delivery Coordination
Assist customers with required documentation for booking, finance, and insurance.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth processing.
Ensure timely and satisfactory vehicle delivery to customers.
4. Product Knowledge
Stay updated with Toyota's product range, features, specifications, and new launches.
Provide accurate and clear information to customers.
5. Market & Competitor Awareness
Stay informed about competitor models, pricing, and offers.
Highlight Toyota's competitive advantages to customers.
6. Customer Service & Post-Sales Support
Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional interaction.
Follow up with customers after delivery for feedback and referrals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM)
Passion for automobiles and sales
Qualifications
HSC / Graduate in any discipline
1-3 years of sales experience preferred (automobile sales experience is a plus)
