Job Responsibilities :



- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Qualifications :



- Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or sales can apply.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
- Strong product knowledge and industry awareness.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- HSC or Bachelors degree is a must.
