Job Summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive with hands-on experience in textile products, specifically suiting and shirting. The role requires extensive field travel within Mumbai and Thane, carrying and presenting textile sample collections (approximately 30 kg) to retailers, distributors, and wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage sales leads across assigned territories in Mumbai and Thane.
Regularly visit clients, shops, and distributors to demonstrate suiting and shirting samples.
Carry, organize, and present textile sample bags during client visits.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research and provide insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
Coordinate with the internal sales and logistics teams for order fulfillment, dispatches, and customer service requirements.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain proper documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update CRM or company reporting systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in textile sales, preferably in suiting/shirting.
Strong knowledge of Mumbai and Thane markets, including retail and wholesale textile hubs.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field-intensive role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-relationship skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility (optional depending on your requirement).
Education
Graduate in any discipline, preference for candidates with textile-related backgrounds.
