About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive who can handle end-to-end sales activities -- from generating leads to closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in calling, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation



Identify potential clients through online research, databases, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
Qualify leads based on company requirements and business potential.

2. Outreach & First Contact



Make outbound calls to introduce the company's services.
Send outreach emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups.
Conduct introductory conversations to understand client needs.

3. Sales Meetings & Presentations



Schedule meetings with clients (phone/virtual/in-person).
Present company offerings clearly and confidently.
Customize presentations based on the client's requirements.

4. Negotiation & Closing



Share proposals, packages, and pricing details with prospects.
Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward decision-making.
Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.

5. Client Relationship Management



Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Communicate regularly for updates, feedback, and potential upsell opportunities.
Ensure smooth coordination between the client and internal teams after the deal is closed.

6. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, prospects, and conversions.
Update CRM or sales tracking sheets regularly.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, pipeline status, and sales performance.

Requirements

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with outbound calling and high-volume outreach.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and manage follow-ups systematically.
Good understanding of basic sales processes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
