Key Responsibilities:
? Reach out to leads from our database through chat, phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
? Keep the CRM system updated regularly to ensure accurate lead tracking.
? Handle and follow up on leads effectively to move them through the sales pipeline.
? Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to prospects.
? Negotiate and close business deals in line with company goals.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and customer-focused sales process.
Qualifications:
? The candidate should be proficient in English.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.
? Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
