To drive sales growth for diagnostic services within the assigned territory by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and promoting the company's diagnostic offerings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell diagnostic tests, health packages, and pathology services in the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and gather insights to support business growth.
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely coordination with internal teams.
Execute promotional activities, CMEs, and marketing initiatives as guided by management.
Maintain proper documentation, daily sales reports (DSR), and update CRM systems.
Support in territory planning and contribute to strategic discussions with the manager.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong professional relationships.
Basic understanding of diagnostics or pharma sales (preferred, not mandatory).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the territory.
Presentation and negotiation skills.
Education:
Any Graduate (Science background preferred but not mandatory).
