About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven, and ethical sales professional to join our growing Insurance and Mutual Fund advisory team. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, proven insurance and mutual fund sales experience, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. This is not a typical sales job -- it's about guiding people to secure their financial future.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads from social media, referrals, and internal sources.
Explain Mutual Fund and Insurance products in a simplified and goal-based manner.
Conduct portfolio reviews, recommend suitable investment strategies.
Conduct operations smoothly for execution of transactions.
Handle client objections and timely resolve queries with empathy and clarity.
Maintain follow-up discipline and ensure high client conversion and retention.
Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on markets and regulations.
Who Should Apply?
Minimum 1 year of Mutual Fund sales/Insurance sales/advisory experience (preferable) Freshers too can apply.
Basic understanding of SIPs, portfolio allocation and MF categories.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking Hindi and English
Should be a team player with a client-first attitude.
Able to build long-term trust with clients, not just close transactions.
