Responsibilities

Sales and lead generation:

Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and emails.

Client relationship management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction through follow-ups and support.

Product and service delivery:

Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services, often including demonstrations.

Negotiation and closing:

Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Reporting and analysis:

Track sales progress, prepare reports on sales data and market trends, and analyze this information to identify opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing and other teams to develop and implement sales strategies.

Market research:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify new prospects.
Requirements

Proven experience in a sales or similar role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and business development abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a competitive environment. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
