Responsibilities



Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and telemarketing efforts, to generate new business opportunities and qualify leads. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable product or service solutions. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with prospective clients to close sales deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines systematically. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support business development initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our technology offerings and industry trends to confidently articulate value propositions during technical sales discussions.

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. Demonstrated expertise in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and develop new business opportunities. Knowledge of technical sales processes and the ability to explain complex solutions clearly to clients. Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement. Ability to work independently within a team environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
