Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and networking.
Handle inquiries and follow-ups with potential clients.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
Manage negotiations and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain and update the CRM with client details and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the sales team, marketing team, and management to achieve business goals.
Stay updated on property trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1.5-2 years of experience in
real-estate sales
(residential/commercial).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication.
Own vehicle preferred (if applicable).
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Preferred).
