We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales from our existing client base. The role involves complete coordination from enquiry to delivery, ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities
Increase revenue from existing customers through consistent follow-ups and upselling.
Handle end-to-end order coordination including quotation, order confirmation, and delivery.
Maintain strong professional relationships and act as the primary contact for clients.
Work closely with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Prepare sales estimates, reports, and maintain accurate CRM entries.
Support the sales team in hitting revenue targets.
Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Sales / Sales Coordination / Client Servicing (Manufacturing or B2B preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
