Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with clients, and a passion for achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, delivering presentations, and closing deals to contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and market research. Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Interaction

Reach out to clients and explain company products/services. Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.

Sales Presentations

Present company offerings clearly and professionally. Provide product demonstrations when required.

Client Visits

Visit clients for discussions, presentations, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Deal Closure

Negotiate pricing and terms. Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

Market Research

Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Share insights with management for strategy improvements.

Post-Sales Support

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients. Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field. 1-2 years of experience in sales (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Good presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet targets and work under pressure. Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred). Willingness to travel for client meetings.
