NextStepHR is Mass Hiring "Insurance Sales" for a leading BPO company specializing in sales and customer service within the insurance and banking sectors. They are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling for services. Handle customer queries and provide solutions. Participate in telesales processes. Maintain customer records and follow up on leads to drive sales. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education: HSC/Bachelor's degree Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus. Skills: Strong communication (English/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam), goal-oriented, and self-motivated. Other: Comfortable in an office-based environment and a target-driven setting.
