The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Tally software by acquiring new customers, selling new licenses, and managing timely renewals for existing clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable Tally products, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers for Tally software licenses.
Promote and sell Tally new licenses, add-ons, and upgrades.
Manage and follow up on license renewals to ensure zero lapses.
Maintain strong customer relationships to increase retention and repeat business.
Provide product information, pricing, and assistance to customers.
Coordinate with the technical team for installation, support, and service requests.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and invoices with clients.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM or internal systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
Handle customer queries regarding Tally features, benefits, and licensing policies.
Provide feedback to management based on customer needs and market trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in software sales or Tally product sales (advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Basic understanding of accounting software and Tally products.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
