Job Description

The Sales Executive - Admissions will drive enrollments by converting incoming enquiries into successful admissions. The role is focused on consultative selling, proactive follow-ups, and delivering a seamless learner experience throughout the admissions cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage prospective learners and understand their requirements. Present Uni Athena's programs clearly, highlighting key features, learning outcomes, fees, and enrollment benefits. Follow a structured sales process to qualify leads, handle objections, and convert prospects into admissions. Maintain strong follow-up discipline to nurture leads until closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets. Record all conversations, follow-ups, and lead movements accurately in the CRM. Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding for newly enrolled learners. Ensure high-quality, professional communication across all channels--calls, email, WhatsApp, and chat. Participate in sales campaigns, webinars, or outreach initiatives as required. Provide market feedback and insights to the team to improve enrolment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-3 years of experience in sales; EdTech or admissions experience preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Strong sales acumen with the ability to work under targets and deadlines. Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools. Ability to manage multiple leads and high call volumes efficiently.
