Job Summary



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

On Field Full-Time Sales Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be focused on expanding Kuizeens' market reach by proactively generating new business, forging B2B partnerships, and driving bulk sales outside of the retail store. This role requires extensive field work and a passion for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities



Proactive Lead Generation & Prospecting (Core On-Field Activity): Identify and target

potential B2B clients, including local gyms, fitness centers, corporate offices, dieticians, nutrition clinics, and health-focused cafes/restaurants for bulk product sales or distribution partnerships. Conduct

cold calling, direct outreach, and scheduled field visits

to prospective clients to introduce Kuizeens' product range.

Relationship Management & Partnership Development: Forge and maintain strong, strategic partnerships

with key B2B accounts to secure long-term contracts and recurring orders. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and mutual satisfaction.

Sales Achievement:

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs) focused primarily on

outbound and B2B revenue.

Product Expertise & Pitch Delivery:

Develop a deep understanding of Kuizeens' health products (e.g., Keto, specific dietary items) to effectively present and pitch their value proposition to business owners and decision-makers.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

Track and report on competitor activities, market trends, and feedback from the field to inform sales strategy. Maintain accurate records of all field sales activity, client interactions, and sales data using internal systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills



Proven experience in an On-Field/Outside Sales role

with a track record of achieving outbound sales targets and developing B2B accounts.

Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

Ability to

work independently in the field

and manage a pipeline of leads efficiently. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine interest in healthy eating, nutrition, or the Kuizeens product range is highly advantageous.

Full-Time On Field

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

(Hours may be flexible based on client meeting schedules)

Compensation:

The final package will be discussed

based on experience and qualifications

during the interview process.
