Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Conduct product presentations, sales meetings, and follow-ups.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) for smooth delivery.
Provide regular sales reports and feedback to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (1-3+ years preferred).
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as required.
