Responsibilities

Generate leads and drive sales for high-value packaging machines and solutions. Promote and present products to prospective clients through demos, presentations, and technical discussions. Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships. Prepare quotations, proposals, and detailed sales reports. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings. Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.
Requirements

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. Experience: 2-3 years in sales of packaging machines or industrial equipment. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to clients. Willingness to travel across regions for client visits. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
