Key KRAs for a Sales Support role:



Lead Management:

Qualify incoming leads and distribute them to appropriate sales representatives. Update CRM system with accurate lead information and follow-up activities. Schedule appointments and demos for sales team.

Customer Support:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Provide product information and answer technical questions.

Sales Proposal Creation:

Gather necessary information to develop accurate sales proposals. Prepare customized proposals outlining product features, pricing, and terms. Submit proposals to clients and follow up on status.

Sales Presentation Support:

Assist in developing compelling sales presentations. Prepare supporting materials like charts, graphs, and data analysis. Coordinate logistics for sales meetings and demonstrations.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system. Track sales pipeline stages and update progress regularly. Generate sales reports and analyze key metrics.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing. Conduct product research to answer customer questions accurately. Provide training to the sales team on new product launches.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage sales-related paperwork and documentation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales process. Prepare and distribute sales materials.
