We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in B2B sales within the manufacturing or fabrication industry. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in cold calling, client acquisition, and relationship management, and be comfortable working on digital platforms to generate and manage leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Justdial, etc.)
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential B2B clients.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products/services.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain and update the CRM system with all client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with the operations and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new market opportunities.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales (preferably in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial products).
Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, and client management.
Experience with digital sales platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.) and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach to sales.
