The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition.
Present and promote products/services to potential and existing clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales.
Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Ensure excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Office-based with client visits or travel as needed.
Compensation:
Base salary plus performance-based incentives or commissions.
