Job Description

Counselling & Sales: Understand students' academic needs, career goals, and recommend suitable courses and programs.

Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns and outreach activities to convert them into enrolled students.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to foster trust and ensure continued engagement.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the courses, programs, and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.

CRM Management: Track all student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system.

Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages, and guide students through the admission process.

Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with potential students via calls, emails, and social media platforms.
