Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement:
Welcome and assist customers in-store, providing in-depth product knowledge, and guiding them to make purchasing decisions based on their health and dietary needs (e.g., Keto, specific health goals).
Sales Achievement:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify new sales opportunities, including potential B2B partnerships (e.g., local gyms, dieticians, or corporate wellness programs).
Store Operations:
Assist with product display, inventory management, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained and presentable.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales data using internal systems.
Market Knowledge:
Stay updated on new Kuizeens products, promotions, and current trends in the health food and wellness industry.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the health, wellness, retail, or food industry.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for driving sales and delivering high-quality customer service.
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office).
A genuine interest in healthy eating, nutrition, or the Kuizeens product range is highly advantageous.
