sales, experience in building on-ground relationships, and a passion for growing premium beverage brands in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage strong relationships with key HORECA accounts including cafes, restaurants, bars, and hotels.
Identify and onboard new clients to expand brand presence within the Mumbai region.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account management and field activation.
Ensure timely execution of product listings, displays, and visibility drives in partner outlets.
Collaborate with marketing and trade marketing teams to drive sampling, promotions, and brand visibility.
Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market intelligence.
Manage order collection, payments, and delivery coordination with distributors and supply chain partners.
Maintain accurate sales reports, account details, and market feedback.
Requirements:
Experience:
1-5 years in FMCG or beverage sales, with strong HORECA experience (premium beverage, F&B, or alcohol industry preferred).
Education:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Self-motivated with strong ownership mindset
Good knowledge of the Mumbai HORECA landscape
Other:
Two-wheeler preferred for field mobility.
