We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage client communication, understand project requirements, prepare quotations, and coordinate meetings with our design team.
Responsibilities:
Handle new leads from calls, WhatsApp & social media
Understand client needs & collect floor plans
Coordinate with design/estimation team for quotations
Share proposals & follow up for closure
Schedule meetings and site visits
Maintain daily lead updates and records
Requirements:
0-2 years experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good follow-up and coordination abilities
Basic knowledge of interiors (added advantage)
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and Google Sheets
