The role is that of a 'Sales Executive' for Lalco Residency (LR). This role will report to the General Manager - Sales. LR Sales Managers are expected to communicate with potential, current and former guests to ensure LR maintains a high level of occupancy while maintaining the minimum rate level set by management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
Communicating with the LR Team to ensure all guest requests are met
Greet guests at check-in
Record all conversations with potential, current and former guests
Work with the Sales Team to generate Long-Term and Short-Term bookings
Develop relationships with Companies to Establish Corporate Tie-Ups
Checking with In-house Guests during their stay
Complying with the Lalco Residency Employee Manual
Assisting the LR Team when necessary
Working with the Housekeeping Team to ensure all Amenities are ready for each guest at Check-in
Qualifications and Skills
Personable, Motivated, Team Player with the ambition to progress within their career in an established corporation.
