Business Development & Lead Generation:
Proactively
generate leads, identify new opportunities
, and secure
work orders
from relevant industrial clients using a strong professional network and cold outreach.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain robust relationships
with key decision-makers (Purchase/Procurement) and serve as the primary commercial and technical point of contact.
Sales Execution:
Conduct client visits, prepare and present proposals, and handle
technical and commercial negotiations
to close deals.
Coordination & Compliance:
Actively collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Quality Control, Credit) and ensure all sales activities, including
client-site problem-solving
and documentation, comply with company and
local government regulations

Market Intelligence:
Monitor
market trends and competitor activities
to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
Knowledge
Strong knowledge and understanding of
B2B sales
, specifically industrial sales.
Familiarity with lead generation and customer relationship management tools (e.g., CRM systems).
Knowledge of market research techniques to identify potential clients and opportunities.
