We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our
Society Management Application
to residential and commercial societies. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT software sales or SaaS-based product selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential housing societies, builders, and facility management companies for product pitching.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain application features and benefits.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, and networking.
Maintain relationships with key decision-makers like society chairpersons, secretaries, and committee members.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the internal technical team for client onboarding and support.
Maintain sales reports, customer data, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in software sales, SaaS, or IT product selling.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the local Mumbai market and society ecosystem.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and on-field.
