Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to meet monthly sales and performance targets through consistent follow-ups and field promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through calls, referrals, and online platforms. Present and promote travel services and experiences to potential customers. Build and maintain lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business. Conduct follow-ups and close sales effectively. Participate in offline promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events. Maintain accurate sales data and updates in the CRM system. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel locally for meetings and events.
