About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in institutional sales, especially dealing with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates) for tie-ups and partnerships. Conduct regular cold calling, meetings, and presentations to generate new business leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Represent the organization professionally at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Requirements:



Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in institutional/B2B sales. Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented. Comfortable with cold calling and field visits. Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
