Handle client inquiries, understand requirements, and suggest suitable products or properties. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly booking or revenue targets. Maintain and update CRM or lead sheet regularly. Negotiate prices and close deals professionally. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project information. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good convincing and negotiation ability. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Self-motivated and target-driven. Preferably from a real estate / automobile / insurance background. Any Graduate (MBA/BBA preferred). Freshers can apply with good communication skills.
