Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
field visits
in assigned areas to generate leads and promote our educational programs.
Meet and counsel parents and students to understand their needs and recommend suitable courses.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/admission targets.
Build strong relationships with schools, tuition centers, and local communities.
Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and outdoor marketing activities.
Handle inquiries from walk-ins and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversions.
Maintain daily reports of visits, calls, and conversions.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience:
0-2 years in field sales, education counseling, or marketing (freshers welcome).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Confident, outgoing personality with strong convincing ability.
Must be comfortable with extensive
field work and local travel
.
Own two-wheeler preferred (with valid driving license).
