Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive In-House Sales Executive to handle inbound/outbound sales calls, understand customer needs, present software solutions, and drive revenue growth. The role involves lead follow-ups, product demos coordination, and maintaining customer relationships--no fieldwork required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Present product features through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Maintain customer data and sales progress in CRM.
Coordinate with technical & support teams for demos and onboarding.
Requirements:
Experience in telesales/in-house sales, preferably in IT/software.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and explain it clearly.
Goal-driven, organized, and customer-focused.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business/IT or related field preferred.
