About the Role:
Arabia Originals -- a growing name in the travel and tourism industry -- is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, promote travel packages, and contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell travel packages and services to customers.
Handle walk-in, call, and online inquiries professionally.
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
Experience: 0-2 years in travel sales or customer service (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal & written communication.
Strong customer service and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and online communication tools.
