Drive on-ground brand activations across college campuses with a focus on building partnerships, generating leads, and creating measurable business impact. You'll be the key link between the brand and the youth audience executing events that don't just engage, but also convert.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business & Relationship Development
Build strong networks with college committees, cultural heads, event organizers, and student leaders to drive partnerships and campaign participation.
Identify new collaboration and sponsorship opportunities to expand brand presence and engagement.
Pitch brand activations and campaigns to colleges to maximize event tie-ups and visibility.
2. Pre-Event & On-Ground Management
Lead the planning and execution of college activation campaigns end-to-end.
Coordinate with vendors, manage logistics, and ensure all brand setups and activities run smoothly.
Handle on-ground challenges proactively and ensure seamless delivery under tight timelines.
Represent the brand confidently during events and drive student engagement and participation.
3. Post-Event Reporting & Sales Analysis
Prepare detailed post-event reports, including lead generation data, performance metrics, and feedback insights.
Track key KPIs and measure ROI for each activation.
Recommend strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and conversion outcomes.
