Job Description

Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, cold calls, referrals, site visits, etc.). Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their property needs. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with potential buyers. Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation activities. Maintain an updated database of clients, properties, and leads in CRM systems. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements during sales processes. Provide exceptional post-sale support and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
